Resilience     

Each week a different value is focused on in our Life Skills sessions.  The values looked at are:  Week 1 - Respect, Week 2 - Honesty, Week 3 - Team Work, Week 4 - Managing Big Emotions and Caring, Week 5 -  Positive Self Talk, Resilience and Perseverance.
