Each week a different value is focused on in our Life Skills sessions.  The values focused on are:  

Week 1 - Respect, Week 2 - Honesty, Week 3 - Team Work, Week 4 - Managing Big Emotions and Caring, Week 5 -  Positive Self Talk, Resilience and Perseverance, Week 6 - Confidence, Week 7 - Inner and Outer Strength and Courage and Week 8 - Gratitude and Leadership.
